Laser acupuncture often referred to as cold-laser or low-level laser acupuncture is a non-invasive technique that uses laser stimulation on precise points of the body, the same points used in traditional acupuncture.

Small laser lights are attached to the body using medical grade tape and stay in place during the session. The laser light stimulates the acupuncture points.
Laser acupuncture is pain-free and many of our Smithtown patients often don’t feel anything at all. Since the treatment is non-invasive there is also no risk of infection.
