CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE.

DUE TO ANY REASON YOU WILL BE CHARDED FOR ALL SERVICES THAT WERE SCHEDULED. 

THIS APPLIES TO INSURANCE APPOINTMENTS AS BILLING DIRECT ON YOUR BEHALF AS AN OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER TO YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER IS A COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE THAT IS OPTIONAL FOR INTEGRATIVE FAMILY ACUPUNCTURE & MASSAGE THERAPY TO PROVIDE.

PACKAGES

ANY PURCHASED PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PACKAGE. IF A PACKAGE IS BROKEN FOR ANY RESON, SESSIONS, SERVICES OR TREATMENTS USED WILL REVERT BACK THE THE ORIGINAL PRICE AND 3.5 % CREDIT CARD FEE TO ANY  RETUNED AMOUNT.

Products that are part of a kit; if lost, broken or stolen. A full kit will need to be purchased at full price as individual products in a kit are not sold separately.
